BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Barry Graynor
Chairman

Barry Graynor is special counsel to the law firm Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, and is a member of the Business department. He specializes in credit finance transactions. Barry obtained a law degree from Harvard Law School, and received a B.A. in economics and political science from University of California, Los Angeles.

Kenan Farrell
Vice President and Secretary

Kenan Farrell is an Intellectual Property attorney, specializing in Trademark, Copyright and Internet Law. Kenan received a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis and a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University-Bloomington.

Sandra Anderson
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Sandra Anderson has more than thirty years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, payroll taxes, sales tax reports, financial statements, journal entries. She attended San Jose State University, as well as University of California, Santa Barbara.

Sean Rosas
Board Member

Sean is a currently working for the Salesforce.com Foundation where he is the Manager of Projects that Impact the Community. He has over 10 years of non-profit management experience. Sean has a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Adventist University and received an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Golden Gate University.

Tina Y. Lin
Board Member

Tina Lin is an associate attorney with the law firm McDonald Law Corporation. Tina received a J.D. from Santa Clara University, School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley.

Sonya Kendall
Board Member 

Sonya is an Educational Consultant based in San Francisco who specializes in academic editing and uses her dictionary daily. As an educator of over eight years, Sonya works with students from preschool to adult succeed in all areas relating to learning and language. Sonya graduated magna cum laude from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA with a major in English Literature and a minor in Nonprofit Management.
